Detail Itinerary

  • Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu Today, you will arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and after completing the airport formalities, our company representative will transfer you from the airport to the respective hotel. You can freshen up and either rest for the day or roam around the local markets for some refreshments.

  • Day 02:Sightseeing in Kathmandu Today, after the morning yoga session, you will be exploring the city of temples and monuments - Kathmandu alongside Bhaktapur and Lalitpur. In the morning, our company representative will meet you at your hotel, and after breakfast, the exploration journey begins. You will be strolling around various religiously and culturally proficient places around the valley.

  • Day 03:Fly to Pokhara and hike to Ghandruk This is the first day of the 4-days Annapurna yoga trek. Early in the morning, after breakfast, our company representative will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Kathmandu domestic terminal in a private vehicle. Then, board the plane and fly towards Pokhara. Upon arrival at Pokhara and completion of airport formalities, you will drive towards Nayapul. From Nayapul, you will hike up and downhill to Ghandruk. Upon arrival at Ghandruk, enjoy the cultural and traditional program with an ethnic dinner. Stay overnight at a luxurious hotel in Ghandruk.

    Drive time: Around 2 hours (from Pokhara to Nayapul)

  • Day 04:Hike to Landruk or Tolka Today, you will wake up early in the morning, and have morning drinks. Then, continue the sunrise practice in the overnight hotel. After completion, you will have breakfast and continue the silent hike towards Landruk or Tokla. You will have the option to trek further towards Tolka and stay overnight or halt hiking of the day at Landruk. Tolka is just an hour farther from Landruk. On this day, most of the hiking part will be downhill from the starting, but, after you cross the suspension bridge there will be an uphill trek to reach Landruk. Enjoy campfire dinner at the luxurious hotel.

    Minimum altitude: 1,628 meters (Landruk) / 1,700 meters (Tolka)

  • Day 05:Hike to Dhampus After early morning wake-up and morning drinks, you will continue the sunrise practice. After completing it, you will have breakfast and move forward to Dhampus. It will be a silent hike, thus, you will be strolling around and enjoying the natural environment without speaking. It will take around 4 to 5 hours to reach Dhampus from Landruk and upon arrival, you will have exotic lunch at the luxurious hotel. Rest and relax for some time and continue with the yoga sessions. Cherish the moments of yoga and meditation with the pristine views of mountains, locales, and surrounding natural vegetation. Enjoy the campfire dinner and stay over at the hotel in Dhampus.

  • Day 06:Hike to Dhampus Phedi and drive to Pokhara This is the final day of the 4 days Annapurna yoga trek. Early in the morning, you will have refreshment drinks and conduct the yoga for sunrise practice. After that, you will have breakfast and walk towards Dhampus Phedi. It will take around 1.5 hours of up and downhill walk to reach Dhampus Phedi from Dhampus. Then, continue the trip with a drive from Phedi to Pokhara. It will take around 3 hours drive to complete the distance. You can have a sightseeing adventure in Pokhara with boating, cave visits, cycling, and so on. Stay overnight at a luxurious hotel in Pokhara.

    Drive time: Around 3 hours (Dhampus Phedi to Pokhara)

The time of the flight will be determined at the time you will book the trip and as per the way the trip is organized. The company representative will transfer you from your hotel to the airport. After the completion of departure formalities, you will fly from Pokhara airport to Kathmandu. It will take around 25 to 30 minutes to complete the distance between these two places. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, our company representative will transfer you to the hotel where you can freshen up and rest. You can also spend the rest of the day resting in the hotel or explore some more nearby places in Kathmandu.
