    • Physical fitness is the most significant part of EBC luxury lodge trekking. On the off chance that you don't have trekking experience, you can begin with a morning walking or cycling for quite a long time or month before booking the trip with us. If you have trekking experience then it will be a plus point for you. The most elevated stature gain in this trekking is at 5,545m above ocean level, which is the height of the highest viewpoint in the Everest region for trekking - Kala Patthar. The walk includes lots of ups and down, walking through local towns, farmlands, and rivers as long as you have energy walking for 3 to 7 hours as per the designed itinerary.

    • Altitude sickness generally occurs only if you are unable to cope with the high altitude temperature and weather. So, there is no exact answer to whether you will get altitude sickness or not.

Altitude Sickness is also known as AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness). Normally over 3,000 meters people start to feel some effect of altitude sickness. Usually, AMS involve serious headache, sickness, and loss of awareness. At the point when you feel symptoms of AMS, it would be better if you tell your trekking guide. He will advise you to manage your problem. For the most part, over physical strain and dehydration contribute to altitude sickness. So, we recommend drinking around 3 to 4 liters of water each day other than tea, coffee, and other beverages which act as diuretics.

    • The best seasons for the Everest base camp luxury lodge trek are autumn and spring. In these seasons, the months like March, April, May, September, and October fall. In this period of time, the weather condition is favorable to trek around the Everest Himalayas alongside clear sky, slower wind, and lower water precipitation. Similarly, the views of mountains and overall natural surroundings are pristine and worth spending days on.

    • During the EBC luxury lodge trek, you will walk for around 3 to 7 hours per day, as per the itinerary covering the 9 to 18 kilometers distance. However, it depends on the altitude and condition of the pathway.

    • There are toilets available in hotels, lodges, and tea houses in most of the places. While on the trek, you will be directed to a safe place.

      • Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit (NPR 3000 Per Person)

      • Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality Entrance Permit (NPR 2000 Per Person)

    • Weather will be checked before planning for the trek. On the off chance if the weather gets bad or risky during the trek, in that case, we would consider the option of waiting out for the weather to be calm, and then only continue the trip, after it remains safe to stroll further.
