The trek around Lukla village itself is considered easy, involving a leisurely stroll through charming Sherpa settlements and offering a glimpse into the local culture.

The highlight of this tour is the return journey by helicopter, eliminating the need for an exhausting trek back. This not only reduces the overall physical demand but also allows participants to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Himalayas from a unique vantage point. This permit ensures that visitors contribute to the conservation and sustainable development of the park. Additionally, the Khumbu Rural Municipality Entry Permit is required as Lukla is situated within this local administrative area.

And the third one is the  Trekkers' Information Management System (TIMS) Card, which is crucial for maintaining trekking statistics and recording trekker information. It enhances safety and facilitates efficient rescue operations in case of emergencies.

Travel Insurance for Lukla Village Tour

Travel insurance is a crucial consideration for anyone embarking on a Lukla Village Tour, especially when opting for a helicopter ride back. Group Joining Everest base camp 2-day tour with NTA

After exploring many places in Kathmandu, I decided to explore the Himalaya but I didn't want to trek for long days. So I contacted Nepal Trek Adventire for any suggestion. They offered me an Everest base camp 2-day tour, which was the best package for me. As I was alone, I booked this package on a group joining basis. They immediately confirmed the booking and the next day I was heading towards the Everest region.

On the first day, we head to Lukla and explore the area for the  rest of the day and on the second day we explore the Himalayan region, which was exceptional. The view of the mountain ranges from the top was so beautiful. We spent an hour at Hotel Everest View, which was a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast along with the tunning view of mounatins at the front. Then we return.

I would like to thank NTA for the last-minute booking and for arranging everything so smoothly. Highly recommended company.
