I recently embarked on an unforgettable journey from Everest Camp I to Kathmandu by helicopter, courtesy of Nepal Trek Adventure. Despite not being able to view much of the mountains due to the rain, our 2023 Poon Hill trek for 3-days was still a terrific experience! The cuisine is great, the teahouses cozy, and the view breathtaking. Given that the journey is rated as beginner-level, be ready to up and descend a significant number of steps! When making a reservation, use NTA. If I were returning to Nepal, I would hire NTA again since it would make my entire journey much more exciting and enjoyable.

For those completing a trek in the Everest region, the helicopter ride from Lobuche to Kathmandu is the perfect grand finale. It not only offers a swift return but also allows you to reflect on the challenging yet rewarding trekking experience. The transition from the rugged terrains to the urban sprawl of Kathmandu is a journey that beautifully contrasts the different facets of Nepal. I also booked a helicopter ride back to Kathmandu from Lobuche and it was the best moment of my life. I would like to thank NTA for their service. It was awesome.

We wanted to do the trek but not the whole way. So we booked a helicopter ride from Kathmandu to Pheriche. The helicopter ride was smooth and comfortable and the view from the top was amazing. After the heli ride, the trek was also an amazing experience.  We would like to thank NTA for the suggestion and for making our trip to Nepal smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended company.
