I don't usually hike or trek; therefore, it was by accident that I signed up for this short trek to Annapurna base camp. The entire experience was fantastic and beyond my expectations. The trek was incredible; throughout the first three days, we covered around 15 kilometers a day through twisting canyons and rainforests. 

The most exciting part was when we moved from Deurali to MBC and ABC on the fourth day. We witnessed small-scale avalanches, mountains, and glaciers. Although it wasn't the peak season, I can tell you that it ought to have been better because there weren't as many visitors and occasionally it snowed. For someone from Hong Kong, it was chilly at night—roughly between -12 and -15 degrees Celsius at sea level. But when you're surrounded by such huge mountain ranges, everything just kind of disappears.
 

My Everest Base Camp Short Trek with NTA was a test of endurance and a celebration of the natural beauty of the Himalayas. The Mardi Himal Trek was nothing short of magical! The breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, lush forests, and charming villages made every step worth it. Hey adventure buddies! Just back from an EPIC 19-day Jiri to Everest Base Camp trek with NTA, and my legs are still jelly, but my soul is soaring! Forget fancy hotels and tourist traps, this was about pushing my limits, breathing in the thin air, and feeling the raw power of the Himalayas.

Nta was on point from the start. Nta answered all my pre-trip questions (even the weird ones!), and our guide, Shiva, was a legend. He knew every rock and yak trail on the mountain, kept us safe and motivated, and even shared his secret yak cheese stash (don't tell!).

The trek itself was a rollercoaster. Sunrises that punched you in the face with gold, prayer flags whipping in the wind, and yak trains that blocked the trail like furry traffic jams. We huffed and puffed up hills, high-fived at the top, and shared stories with fellow trekkers over steaming mugs of chai.

Reaching Base Camp was mind-blowing. Everest, all jagged glory, right there in front of you. It's a feeling you can't put into words, a mix of awe, accomplishment, and maybe a little bit of "Holy crap, I actually did that?!"

If you're looking for a real adventure, a challenge that will leave you changed, Jiri to Everest Base Camp with NTA is the way to go. Just remember, pack good boots, a sense of humor, and an open mind. And maybe some extra yak cheese. You'll thank me later.

Everest helicopter tour was a thrilling adventure. With amazing vistas of the Himalayas and Everest base camp, the flight itself was breathtaking. The knowledgeable and friendly tour guides made our journey safe and delightful. The landing at Kala Patthar and the opportunity to explore the area and enjoy the mountain's grandeur were undoubtedly the tour's great moments. It was a unique opportunity that I enthusiastically recommend to anyone passionate about adventure and the outdoors. I am grateful to NTA for coordinating such an extraordinary voyage.
