you Forget fancy energy bars, Yak Butter is the fuel of champions. Slathered on everything from pancakes to prayer flags, it tasted like a dairy dare with a hint of altitude sickness, but it kept me going, even when i felt so low , the yak energy and the inhuman sorrounding gave me the power to complete this trek. I am proud of myself, thanks NTA for the service.
