The 5-day Mardi Himal Trek was a perfect introduction to the Annapurna region. I wanted a trek that was short but rewarding, and Nepal Trek Adventures made it seamless. The drive to Kande and the first trekking day to Deurali through Pothana were smooth, with beautiful forest paths and mountain views. My guide was friendly and knowledgeable and made the trek enjoyable by sharing local culture and wildlife insights.

Climbing from Low Camp to High Camp challenged me physically, but the view at Mardi Himal Base Camp was worth every step. Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South were awe-inspiring, and the serenity of the camp added to the experience. The descent to Sidding and the drive back to Pokhara wrapped up the trek perfectly. Due to heavy fog, all regular flights were grounded in Lukla for two days. That’s when I contacted NTA for a Lukla to Kathmandu helicopter flight.
