A must for the bucket list!

Sometimes intuition, or gut instinct, leads you to make the right decision. I met marketing staff’s of NTA in the streets of Thamel and like many others, he gave me a business card and invited my husband and me to visit their office and discuss our travel plans. There are so many touts on the streets of Thamel but NTA’s staff open friendly manner won the day. After entering the office we found Manager is thorough, his services reliable and very affordable and his staff and a team of guides and porters are friendly, trustworthy and committed to caring for their clients. They skillfully organize all the details for a successful trip - pickups, buses, hotels, tour activities, a checklist for trekking requirements and, of course, wonderful treks. His team organized an everything for us like- Chitwan National Park, Pokhara, The Annapurna Base Camp Trek and the Helambu trek.  What an experience! Chitwan was amazing and our only regret was that we did not allow more time there after our organized activities to relax and explore the local villages more. Yes, we were tired at the end of both treks but every aching muscle and sore toe was well worth it. We trekked through some of the most spectacular scenery that either of us has ever seen. The climax was, of course, Annapurna Sanctuary. It is a very special place and definitely a fitting home for the gods!  The old adage holds out – no pain, no gain. We felt blessed! Trekking is a great way to get a real feel of Nepal, its countryside, its villages, its people and its magnificent mountains. I am so glad that we have had the opportunity and time to have had these wonderful experiences. A big thanks you, once again, to Manager, to our wonderful guide and friend on both treks, and our incredible porters. Don't leave it to the intuition of gut instinct like I had to, but take my advice and put your trust in the hands of Manager and the wonderful staff at NTA.

Good Trekking Service - 19-day Jiri to Everest Base Camp trek with NTA

I did the Everest Base Camp trek in the fall 2011. Me and three trekking mates had Binod, who runs this company; tailor a trip just for us. He arranged for me a porter, bus tickets to Jiri, and plane tickets after I got ill and had to return briefly to Kathmandu. He also arranged a guide for the four of us who spoke English reasonably well. The price for everything was good and fair. The real difference, though, is that Binod is very committed to making sure you have a good trip (will go out of his way to make sure you do) and is an honest, personable individual. These are qualities that can be in surprisingly short supply in the tourist-frenzy of Thamel, and shouldn't be discounted. I would definitely recommend this company to folks traveling to Nepal, especially those looking to create their own itinerary.

    Best experience

In 2010, my friends and I visited Nepal. After a long search for a reliable trekking company, we have decided to go with Nepal Trek Adventures to the Annapurna round trek. Binod, the manager, had organized and planned a suitable trip plan for all of out requests. We had an amazing trip with absolutely no complains. I must also recommend Amrit as a very caring and professional porter. I would have no doubt taking their service again!

    Mera Peak

Excellent service. I was delighted to stumble across this company while wandering through Thamel. Lo and behold the owner, Binod, happened to be from the town I was based in, and knew a lot of the people I was dealing with during my time visiting Dhading. A few milk teas and some friendly chat later and I was booking a peak climb for Mera peak in the Hinku valley for May 2013. Binod is a charming and personable character and has your best interests at heart. He has a friendly and capable team who put me at ease about the preparations involved in getting ready for the expedition. They were very helpful in procuring rental gear (essential when you are new to Thamel), arranging your climbing passes, sorting out guides, and transfers to and from hotels and airports at critical times were arranged with no extra charge to the cost of the package. I had an amazing 3 weeks trekking and climbing in Sagarmatha national park, with a few days R&R arranged by Binod in Pokhara at the end to wind down. I felt in safe hands for the entire trip. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to deal with this group again when (hopefully) I return to Nepal.

Dependable Everest Base Camp Trekking Service

Binod and his team of workers truly run a dependable trekking guide and service. I and my son trekked Khumbu region recently all the way to Everest Base Camp. The guide and porter were excellent. They helped us in all the situations that occurred during this Everest Base Camp Trek. The choice of guest houses was mostly very good. They served the best hygienic Himalayan food that I had never had in my life. Local potatoes and lentils, along with green veggies were lip-smacking. When one of us became sick at the end of the trekking they were able to arrange help in a very professional and efficient manner. They also acknowledged us about the names of mountains, monasteries, and some Nepali phrases too. All in all, this whole trip to Everest region via Nepal Trek Adventure was full of excitements and pleasuring. I can whole-heartedly say that you will not go wrong by choosing Nepal Trek Adventure and Expedition. God bless you guys!

Great People Make a Great Company for Everest Base Camp Trek

We had a fantastic experience this past April on the Everest Base Camp trek with Nepal Trek Adventure Team. My close friend and I booked a private Everest Base Camp Trek which included a guide and a porter. The staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. Binod Sapkota, the owner of the trekking company, took a very personal approach to ensure we were comfortably set up in Kathmandu prior to our EBC trek, and that we had a guide that best suited our style. Our guide, Amrit Lamsal, was friendly and knowledgeable of the terrain. He maintained an amazing pace with us, made good conversation, and took the time to address all our questions and concerns that we had regarding the environment. On our final day in Nepal, we spent time with Amrit, Binod, and other Nepal Trek Adventure staff having some casual drinks in Kathmandu - a testament to the friendliness of the entire crew. Cheers to all. Had an amazing Everest Base Camp Trekking with no hustles at all.
