My hot air balloon ride was in the summer. With clear skies, I had the best views of the snow peaks around Pokhara. The hot air balloon ride was just the perfect thing that I need in the morning. As I watched the surreal views of the mountains with fresh air blowing, I felt alive and free. The beautiful city of lakes below the balloon and the perfect mountain peaks were greater than expected. It definitely was an adrenaline adventure I will never forget. It will be a lasting memory for life. Truly great venture!

I had so much stress from work last month. I had to take a break with something refreshing and peaceful. Even the company will call you to check if the trek is going well as planned. I kept thinking, “Who does that?”, “That’s too much love and support to tourists”. I was in Pokhara and wanted to go for a short trekking experience. Mardi Himal Trek was just the right thing I needed. Close to Pokhara, the Mardi Himal lies in front of the Annapurna and at the side of Machhapuchhre. The views were amazing, and the trekking trail is definitely suitable for beginners with no prior trekking experience. The time I spent on the trail around the forest trekking routes was just the perfect blend of nature. The surrounding mountain views added a plus to this wonderful trekking route. The Mardi Himal base camp is just some time away from the high camp which was also a fun journey. Loved my time during the trip. I was a new traveler visiting the country, Nepal in December! The country was in my bucket list for a long time so I finally went for it. I wanted to explore the Annapurna region and watch the lakeside of Pokhara. As a new traveler, I did not know how I could get there safely. Thank god, I picked the NTA for my travel.
