The best gift ever—the Everest Base Camp helicopter tour—happened to be the present for my 50th birthday! They made the booking easy at Everest Explorer, and their staff was fantastically responsive and informative.

The flight was incredible. We traversed lanes, snow-peaked heights, and great hollows till we arrived at the Everest region. Hovering over Base Camp and Kala Patthar was almost magical—I saw climbers and tents below, not to mention the glacier atop Everest itself.

This was the final tilt-the-touchdown at Hotel Everest View. The breakfast buffet was bountiful, and the magnificence of the place made it complimentary.

I hiked this 12-day Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek with NTA recently, and I must say, it was nothing less than awesome. Their team took care of every little detail from the time of booking itself. They even arranged for a hassle-free helicopter ride to Lukla, which saved time and gave one breathtaking aerial view of the Himalayas.

Luxury lodges throughout the trek changed the game. The accommodations were first-rate: beds ideal, bathrooms private, and views spectacular. After long days of trekking, returning to these lodges felt like a reward. Meal options were quite varied and delicious.

Our guide was Tribhuvan (TB). He was great. Ensured security, shared great insight into the area, and kept the pace within our comfort. It was a cultural experience alongside nature that included Namche bazaar, Tengboche, and Dingboche. Our guide Tribhuvan (TB) outperformed everyone's expectations. Everyone relaxed because of the lengthy experience and friendly manner. This trek would be called a dream; remarkable scenery at every corner. Namche Bazaar's liveliness, the serenity of Tengboche Monastery, and the rugged Gorakshep were outstanding parts of the adventure.

Reaching Everest Base Camp was quite a surreal experience, but the real thrill lay in summitting Kala Patthar on Day 10. Standing at 5,550m tall and witnessing the sunrise hit Everest was the cherry on top. The helicopter ride back to Lukla was an incredible experience.
