Dudhkunda was a dream – turquoise lake nestled in a glacial bowl, yaks grazing on wildflowers, and yak butter tea that warmed my soul. Then came the Chola Pass. Imagine scrambling over rocks steeper than a teenager's attitude, wind whipping your hair into a yak-tail mess, and every step feeling like your last (until the next one, obviously). But guess what? Reaching the top was like popping out of a birthday cake with the Himalayas as my sprinkles! Pure, exhilarating, lung-burning heaven.
