The Nagarkot Day Hike was more than just a walk; it was a full cultural and natural experience. The villages we passed were small but lively, and meeting local people along the way was a highlight. They were friendly and curious, making the journey feel personal and warm. 

The hike itself was easy to moderate, with a few uphill stretches that felt rewarding rather than tiring. When I finally stood at the Nagarkot viewpoint, the sweeping view of the Himalayas was breathtaking. The combination of culture, nature, and mountains made this hike truly unforgettable, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu.

The first couple of days took me to Thimphu's quiet streets, the giant golden Buddha Dordenma with sweeping valley views, and the impressive Tashichho Dzong. Then we crossed Dochula La pass to Punakha. Those rows of chortens, prayer flags, and Himalayan glimpses were breathtaking. Punakha Dzong by the rivers felt warm, serene, and full of history.

The absolute highlight came on day 4: the Tiger’s Nest hike. Walking through pine forests, past waterfalls, with mountain views opening up every step it was calm, refreshing, and energizing. Reaching Paro Taktsang Monastery was an emotional, almost spiritual moment. The silence, the way the buildings cling to the cliff, the fluttering prayer flags it’s one of those experiences that stays deep inside you long after you leave.

The drives were always scenic, the food fresh and delicious (ema and momos became daily highlights), and the hotels were comfy with great views. Even though it was only 5 days, every part felt meaningful, balanced, and well-paced.

The 13-day Manaslu Circuit Trek was an adventure of a lifetime. The porters were incredibly supportive, carrying our luggage and helping us at tricky sections, which allowed me to focus on the scenery and experience.

The Gokyo Lakes themselves were mesmerizing, with turquoise water framed by towering peaks. Climbing Gokyo Ri was one of the most rewarding moments; the sunrise over the Himalayas left me speechless. The helicopter return added a sense of thrill, letting me soar over the glaciers and peaks I had just trekked past. The combination of trekking, culture, and aerial adventure made this one of the most memorable treks I’ve ever done.

I chose the Everest View Trek 8 Days because I had limited time in Nepal, and it turned out to be the perfect option. The journey was short but filled with highlights—spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, plus the vibrant culture of Namche Bazaar. I especially enjoyed trekking through rhododendron forests, crossing suspension bridges, and stopping at monasteries along the way. The trek gave me the Himalayan experience I had always imagined without being overly strenuous or time-consuming.
